From the Thales labs to becoming France's leading provider of electronic handrails—here's how we got here.

2015

Launch at Thales Digital Factory

The Heropolis project was launched within the Thales Defense and Security Group. The founders bring 20 years of experience in software design for the most sensitive sectors. Thales became the largest shareholder.

2019

The Handrail Reinvented

The team has identified a pressing need in the safety and security market: a truly user-friendly and secure electronic logbook. This is the first commercial step toward reaching out to clients and private security firms.

2021

Launch of Main Courante V5 & Internationalization

The platform reached functional maturity with Version 5. Its first major international project: the 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar, security for the 7-kilometer stretch of the Doha Corniche, 400 officers, MININT access, and a multilingual platform.

2023

Market Launch: Main Courante V5

GICAT integrates Heropolis. With accelerated deployment in the French market, the number of sites covered has begun to increase twentyfold over the past three years.

Heropolis is a member of Gicat's Generate program.

2024

ExpoProtection Acceleration & Gold Awards

Heropolis wins the Gold Awards at the ExpoProtection 2024 trade show—presented by a jury of security and safety contractors from France’s largest corporations. Revenue up 50% for the third consecutive year.

Is Heropolis a French solution?

Absolutely—with 100% in-house R&D and French technology components (communications, hosting, hardware). Our partners and investors (e.g.,Thales Group) are also French.

Is Heropolis just security software?

The “no-code” approach to visual workflows allows you to create most business processes in just a few minutes, whether they involve safety and security or other needs (maintenance, cleaning, etc.). But our offering also includes three levels of support services: “Customer Success” support to advise and assist you in defining, setting up, and deploying procedures; our 24/7 Remote Monitoring Center for all your incidents and alerts; and our business experts specializing in the areas that matter to you (crisis management, site security, event security, security abroad, legal security, etc.).

Does your solution comply with personal data protection laws?

We provide our clients with a comprehensive Personal Data Impact Assessment (PIA), which is updated annually in collaboration with our DPO, the law firm Bold. Heropolis is committed to privacy and accesses personal data only when necessary and for a justified period of time. + GDPR compliance.

Is your solution secure?

Our developers adhere to security standards in accordance with the latest best practices in this field. All data transfers are encrypted. We also provide our clients with documentation demonstrating compliance with ANSSI recommendations, as well as details on all security measures and certifications related to data hosting.

Is Heropolis an electronic logbook (MCE)?

Yes, Heropolis meets regulatory requirements for electronic incident logs (traceability, automatic archiving, automatic or simplified data entry, access rights, etc.), but that’s not all! Your agents’ business tools, the PTI, communication channels, data analytics, and—most importantly—a modular application for all your employees: take your usability and responsiveness to the next level.

What can be recorded in the logbook?

All types of events: incidents, anomalies, clarifications, alerts, interventions, found/lost items, instructions, patrol reports, shifts, visit notifications, completed tasks, etc.
